Delivery : Stock items will be shipped next working day. Other orders will typically take 7-10 working days but could take longer in busy periods. If there is likely to be a delay we will advise the delivery schedule by e-mail when you order.

Postage & packing : Standard UK delivery cost is:
£2.00 for orders up to £18 (handbags)
£4.50 for orders £18 - £50
£7.50 for orders £50 - £100
£9.50 for all orders over £100
Other options and pricing, including Saturday delivery, is available. Pricing for delivery to other locations is shown when ordering. All Items are mailed discreetly in plain packages.

Returns : In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately.
Goods will be replaced or money refunded under the following conditions:
Conditions : Problems must be reported as soon as possible. Items must be returned to us within 7 working days, in original packaging, stating the nature of the return in writing. Please use registered post or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Shoes must be tried on indoors, on a soft surface so as not to mark them in any way.
